Wow, that's a lot of titanium. I love the x-ray showing the braces, I want one like that! Mary
What a difference! Just from the X-rays, you can see the straightening effects of the surgery on your bite. Pretty impressive! Nice, clear X-rays by the way. Is--is that an implant? That is so cool!
Yes, that's an implant - a root canal. :) My surgeon tilted the lower jaw upward and back, so it looks more level now.
Mary - yep these x-rays are almost fun to look at. :) Downloaded them from my account from my ortho's website. Each patient can log in and look at his/her own case files and photos. Can't wait to have my "after" photos in there! :P
