I love your honesty, and I love how this post is beyond physical beauty.<br /><br />My jaw situation is not unlike yours. I have an underbite and what looks like a long face (the Jay Leno comparison I can completely empathize). My doc said for surgery, they'd forward my upper jaw. He didn't mention anything about cutting my lower jaw back to maybe make my chin/lower jaw look less prominent, less Leno-y. <br /><br />How do you feel about just your upper jaw pulled forward?
